How The Signature-Deed-Trust Program Works
As an investor, you assume the role of the bank. As the borrower, Heaven Investments utilizes your funds for Property Development, which includes; new construction, renovation or building "condomization". During your loan term, Heaven Investments makes payments to you according to the payment schdedule you select. Your Principle is repaid by the maturity date of the loan, which is typically 12 months.

During your loan term, Heaven Investments makes payments to you according to the payment schedule you select. Your principle is repaid at the maturity date of the loan, which is typically 12 months, but may be as high as 48 months depending on the project and your desired term.
Heaven Investments uses the loan proceeds to acquire, renovate and resell single family homes, multi-family residential properties and on occasion commercial office condos. The properties then move into what we call our 4CORE development methodology, in which we redesign, renovate, condomize or construct new buildings on the property to better suit market conditions and maximize project profitability. Once the property is sold, the investor is paid the entire principle to fulfill the note.
