Here's how the program works..
Our acquisition experts seek out properties that we have identified as having untapped potential. Because we are the actual developers we can minimize some of the risk by building in quality, value and equity. These renewed properties are then re-appraised at market value against comparable properties within the neighborhood. The initial capital used to purchase the home is earning 12% interest throughout the process. A Grant Deed is in place on the property. Simple. Easy. Efficient.

In this example, the capital required to purchase project is $345,000. This can be secured through either cash or a cash/mortgage combination. Heaven Investments will pay the purchaser interest on all capital used to purchase project. In this example the total annual interest comes to $41,400. The purchaser is responsible for the mortgage payment and retains the added cash flow. In this example the purchaser earns a positive cash flow of $1650 per month. Every month.
