Heaven Investments seeks to acquire well-located shopping centers and single tenant properties that fit our demographic as well as return on investment criteria. Potential acquisitions must have a strong national or regional tenant base or be suitable for retenanting and/or redevelopment.
Heaven Investments has the financial resources and capability to evaluate single tenant properties as well as large portfolios. We are always prepared to seize opportunities and continue to look to expand our portfolio.
Acquisition Criteria for Master Planned Community development:
Class A & B neighborhood and community retail centers with a minimum of 30,000 rentable square feet
Regional or super regional enclosed malls with a minimum of 100,000 square feet
Depressed Retail/Office mixed buildings or strips surrounded by newly developed commercial office buildings and developments.
Raw land along major routes of at least 40,000 daily commuters
