Our role as a developer

In our most fundamental role, Heaven Investments serves as an intermediary between the construction companies that build the buildings and the businesses and families that use them. As a developer it is in our interest to work with businesses and home buyers so that we can better understand location development needs, functionality, and cost. We then leverage our real estate and construction capabilities to drive demand for our end product, ensuring that newly constructed spaces meet the modern day business and home buyer’s needs. Heaven Investments also acts as a property manager, keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining the facilities, allowing our tenants to focus on their business, whether that’s selling products or raising a family. By bridging the gap between builders and users, Heaven Investments pays an extremely important role in controlling unnecessary expenses and improving efficiency and effectiveness for all parties involved.

Heaven Investments goes beyond the role of a typical developer. We like to think of ourselves as visionaries, looking years beyond today's market to determine what buildings will be needed, and where. We imagine a commercial building, a hotel or shopping mall, or even an entire commercial district in a currently undeveloped area by looking into the future and projecting what tomorrow's businesses and consumers will need. In this role we act as entrepreneurs who seek out opportunity and drive it to reality, and in the process grow our communities and our stakeholder’s value.
