Akbar Bhamani, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, has a lifelong experience in business and real estate development. Mr. Bhamani worked in the real estate acquisition and development business with the family group of companies, Bhamani Associates Ltd. since 1969. Bhamani Associates was a leading architectural and development firm in Pakistan, commissioned to design and develop some of the country's most distinguished buildings, ranging from single family homes and residential multi-unit complexes, to commercial buildings, airports and school/college campuses.
Following the family's relocation to the United States in the early 1970's, Mr. Bhamani continued his focus on the real estate and business development. He attended Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, California, majoring in business and marketing.
In 2000, Mr. Bhamani concentrated his activities on real estate investment and development by incorporating Heaven Investments Holding Corp in the state of California.
Zain Bhamani, Vice President, Real Estate Acquisitions,joined Heaven Investments Holding Corp. the parent company of Mission Manor, LLC in 2001 as a site supervisor. He quickly moved up to become project manager in charge of the project development and rehabilitation department. In the last 5 years, Zain Bhamani undertook and managed over one hundred rehabilitation and construction of residential projects ranging in price from $300,000 to $800,000. His ability to complete the projects both on time and within budget vastly contributed to maximizing profitability and enhanced the credibility of Heaven Investments with its clients. Zain possesses a natural ability for negotiation and gentle persuasion, making him the perfect candidate to select the contractor and manage a turn-key project such as Mission Manor town homes.
Ken Sarna, Director of Operations, joined The HIH team in March of 2005. Bringing 19 years of experience in business and historical restoration, Mr. Sarna served as Vice President and General Manager of the nationally recognized company Bradbury & Bradbury. During that time, he worked on a variety of large developments such as Disney's Grand California Hotel, the Springer Opera House in Columbus, Georgia and the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado.
