Telemarketing Specialist

Position Description

Commercial and Residential Real Estate Developer located in Sacramento, is looking for a focused, ambitious and articulate individual. This is a critical position responsible for working with potential customers. Attention to detail is imperative as is the enthusiasm to provide great service to our clients. Must possess a professional attitude and have excellent communication and people skills. A high level of familiarity with computers, the internet and regular use of email is required.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads accordingly. Develop new business by introducing our properties and services to real estate investors. This is NOT a high pressure sales job; you only qualify and exchange information with leads, prospects and website visitors requesting additional information.

Full and Part-time positions available. Monday through Friday
Excellent pay; base salary plus monthly bonus.
